Born in Watkins Glen, N.Y. of parents who wanted to be sure she could make a living, Jeanne went to secretarial school. She did not go to a school of art. Jeanne is a self taught artist.

Florida has been her home for the past fourty-five years. Jeanne said, "My best success has been with my original paintings and drawings".

Due to the exposure her work was given by being part of the Howard Allan Productions art show circuit and individual art shows here in Florida and surrounding areas, much of her work has sold "to wonderful people" and been carried to many parts of the country.
