Paint en plein air with Michael Vires as he demystifies the
techniques used to observe nature and express it on canvas employing a fresh,
painterly method and a limited palette.
Learning to paint en plein
air, or simply put, painting on location, is one of the most valuable tools an
artist can use to enrich his art. The special quality of plein air paintings is
a result of the artist’s human response to his observations in
nature.
